It was my eldest daughter's birthday and because she loves cheesecake and peanut butter cups, I thought this would be the perfect pairing. This is a little lighter than a baked cheesecake and the hot fudge sauce (optional) took it to another level. Everyone LOVED this dessert. You will too!
I would class this dessert as fairly easy and asked my youngest daughter (11) if she wanted to make it. She took on the challenge and did most of it on her own. I guided and helped a little, but she definitely did the bulk of it on her own. NO BAKE Peanut Butter Cup

Since discovering Pinterest, I pretty much exclusively cook from the recipes I PIN. My saying is, "if you can PIN it, you can cook it". I love to PIN recipes and I love to cook. I thought, why not blog the recipes I make from my Pinterest food boards. I'm the self-declared, Pincook. Categories
