End of school potluck is what inspired these yummy treats. What kid, or adult for that matter, doesn't love a good s'more? Rhetorical question, of course.
My daughter's teacher decided to have a class potluck and my daughter wanted to bring a sweet treat that she could "mostly" make herself. Pinterest to the rescue, again! Of course there were a ton of "s'more bars" recipes to choose from, but it's all about finding the best one. This one did not disappoint!
I love a nicely toasted fluffy marshmallow. Using the large as opposed to the mini marshmallows really satisfies. As you bite into it you also get the smell of the toasted top which instantly reminds you of a campfire s'more.

Terri MazikAll things cooking, from simple and clean to gourmet and exotic (and everything in between) have been my passion for over 30 years. Since discovering Pinterest, I pretty much exclusively cook from the recipes I PIN. My saying is, "if you can PIN it, you can cook it". I love to PIN recipes and I love to cook. I thought, why not blog the recipes I make from my Pinterest food boards. I'm the self-declared, Pincook. Categories
