Want to sell your house? Have these baking during your open house and it's a slam dunk! The smell that was flooding the kitchen was heavenly. The end product lived up to expectations! These delicious and pretty breakfast treats are worth every bit of "little" effort you'll put into them. Super easy to whip up.
The recipe suggests you use a 4-inch and 3-inch cookie cutter to make nice looking circles but I didn't have one on hand. So, I more or less cut the crusts off. Though my pieces weren't pretty circles, it worked just as well. No fuss, no muss.
After dipping your bread in the egg mixture just place it into muffin tin (make sure you spray or use butter to prepare the tin), and add your filling. You've got options, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Use what's in season or what you have on hand. Frozen berries work just fine too.
We love Maple Syrup from the farm so it was a must with these hot out of the oven "muffins". Maple syrup works beautifully with them but I would cut back on the cinnamon sugar on top. Just a light sprinkling is enough. I can't wait for you to whip these up for your family. Just be sure to make enough, they go down very easily and very quickly. Two per person is a must.

Terri MazikAll things cooking, from simple and clean to gourmet and exotic (and everything in between) have been my passion for over 30 years. Since discovering Pinterest, I pretty much exclusively cook from the recipes I PIN. My saying is, "if you can PIN it, you can cook it". I love to PIN recipes and I love to cook. I thought, why not blog the recipes I make from my Pinterest food boards. I'm the self-declared, Pincook. Categories
